Message	The ratios you describe are for NA (4.08) and TT (3.69). I also have this problem. I bought a set of Leader gears and got them installed and sitting in my garage because I am already cruising at 4k rpm on "das autobahn" with the OEM TT diff. Someone suggested looking into switching to a Z33 transmission, but I haven't looked into it or understand how it would effect rpm/roadspeed ratios.
